"We called Jerry from Abest Scale Repair and Service because we had a large inventory project and we needed to rent a few scales for counting. Jerry was really responsive and helpful on the phone. When we were ready to begin, Jerry came out to our location near O'hare airport, bringing us various scales to try. He took the time to understand our project and suggested we use two different scales. Jerry also trained us on how to use the scales.
