"The pool is nice love the water fall feature. The upgrades should include a inside shower or more bathroom stalls. Or stalls with changing areas. Playground needs more equipment for the area, make more parking. Or another pool in villages of Carmel. This pool isn't big enough to accommodate all of the owners. Maybe a locker area for people's stuff so we don't use chairs and loungers to hold a space we are not actually using."
"The pool is very nice. But the playground structure has little to offer kids. Even my two little ones, 2 & 4 years old, get bored quick and prefer the playground in the neighborhood across the way. That one at least has swings and three separate play areas."
