"The owner is a horrible human being, not a business person nor knows how to run a business. His 2 sons who work there (Nicholas in particular ) are unprofessional, not knowledgeable and use profanity language with customers. The reviews are completely true, do not do any business with this guy or guys. They will ruin your car. Someone needs to sue this business for all the wrongdoing and damages to the cars they pretend to fix."

"This is sort of a joint review between here and United Auto Insurance. I was in an accident back in January that ultimately wasn't my fault, it was due to incliment weather and ended up getting hit from behind. I come to find out after the fact that United Auto Insurance actually outsources these services to another source, American Casualty Co. I took my car in to my girlfriend's brother's auto body shop for a second opinion and the first thing I'm told when they looked at the estimation given to me was "They're not very good, are they?". When they looked over the estimation of labor costs per hour, they said "Nobody does that.". It was at this point that I came to the realization that I had put my faith in the wrong people. I ended up taking my car here because this was the only place where I would end up paying no more than my deductible, they weren't willing to refer me anywhere else. I know that nothing/no one's perfect but after a month long wait just to get in there, what was supposed to be 2-3 weeks turned into two months. The owner lacks leadership qualities and is unprofessional as well. And I can own my faults but ultimately hard to give a good review here. Overall would not recommend either one, you're better off investing your time/money in a more reputable source when it comes to auto insurance, I found that out the hard way."

"My car was at this place for 2 weeks and couldn't complete the fixed front damage to my car. Here's a picture of there work from underneath that left my front left quarter panel and wheel well plastic cover not secured and rubbing against my tire..kinda hard to give a good review here."
