"We moved into a home recently with a built-in Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer that is at this point quite old. When we had an issue with the freezer, I called Blue Sky, and the service could not have been better. Lizzie was super helpful getting a technician scheduled for a visit. The tech, Oscar, was communicative about his arrival, very professional, and clearly very knowledgeable, which I especially appreciated with an older model. He had to order a part and return the following week, and in the meantime Kate in the office was really helpful about scheduling the return service and even texted with instructions to prepare for Oscar's second visit. Again, Oscar was very professional, on time, and thorough in his work. The cost was even less than expected because one part did not need to be replaced after all -- that's honesty in service. The cost for this repair was very reasonable, and our freezer is working well again. All around great experience with this company. I would highly recommend Blue Sky!"
