"I was helped by Chandler, he was very kind and understanding of the situation. He made the more technical terms to normal people for my mom which helped her understand a little more as well. He was able to help us fix internal computer issues very quickly. Was very satisfied with the service, quick, and very welcoming."

"Maybe this place does fine with phone/tablet repair, but I would never recommend for PC/laptop. It took them a month to get around to diagnosing a case/power supply issue, one of the easiest first things to test. Then, after agreeing to a course of action of getting a new case sourced by them and swapping the components over, they order an incorrect case, another delay. Between that, and their PC tech apparently never being in to work on it, it's been 2 months now. Don't go here for PC repair unless you're willing and able to wait potentially multiple months without your device."

"I scheduled an appointment 5+ days ago for a screen repair at 1pm today. I waited an hour before even checking in (there were only 3 people ahead of me) and once I finally get up to the counter they tell me it will be 24 hour turnover time. This did not seem right as I’ve had an appointment and the technician responded with “well it’s first come first serve.” Right, so I should have been placed ahead of all the walk ins because I “checked in” for my repair 5+ days ago when I scheduled my appointment. I am a full time student on top of having a job, so this was the only day I could come in for a repair, and you better believe I could have spent the total 2 hours doing anything else that would have been remotely productive. Overall, huge inconvenience and waste of time and I will now have to resubmit a claim through my insurance thanks to their lack of organization. Do not go here, you will end up waiting several hours just for your device to be looked at and they have no system in place for those with appointments to be guaranteed a spot same day, even though when you make an appointment it gives you an estimated time of repair of 45 minutes."

"Honestly, I have had nothing but issues after issues. Went in to get my cracked screen replaced. Took 2+ hours for the repair. After a few days I noticed my front screen camera hard a haze to it, and when I went to go used the camera, it was just black. My setting for face recognition didn't work. I tried calling but no one would answer so I had to set up another appointment. Took them another 45 minutes to tell me they forgot to remove the protective film. Now I have to go back again because my screen is glitching when you tap on it. This will be they second time I've had to go back due to them not performing the repair correctly. I had no issues when my screen was cracked before. I guess I should have just left it alone. Plus paying $300 for a replacement, I shouldn't be having an issues. Now I have to rearrange my schedule to get this repaired. Time is money, with is valuable. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this location."
