"I moved into a recently renovated house this past April and once it was time for the AC to go on, it was leaking. I contacted the seller to get the information of who installed the BRAND NEW AC and it was these guys. Reached out to them assuming they would take responsibility and fix the issue, but unfortunately that is not what happen. The unit was installed in Sept 2019 and already had a crack in the drain pan. The way the coil and pan were sitting in the unit did not seem right. The coil seemed to be bending the pan with not much support and looks like it put pressure on the plastic pan until it cracked. The guy I talked to told me "oh no way, no it wasn't us, we did it right". I told him I had a $700 quote to get it fixed and he told me I was getting ripped off. Then he had the nerve to send me a $1300 quote to fix this issue. Overall terrible, do not recommend. Oh and by the way, you have "mechanical" spelt wrong."
"Dan was quick to get me a quote for a new Ameristar 95% efficient furnace. His prices were very competitive and he made sure to get the unit installed quickly so we could have heat again. Mike the installer was very professional, and explained everything to me to make sure I was comfortable. I like to ask a lot of questions to understand what is going on and Mike and Dan were very patient and answered everything. Overall it was a great price, great service, great company."
