"My wife and I went to Jackson for the first time and we'll we weren't completely satisfied with their service at all. We can't get our questions answered white any preciseness. And how is it your a tax preparer and don't know anything about how it's earned income credit or child tax credit goes. Why is it that we are to receive a higher tax credits for this year and get the same amount as we did last year. We can't get any answers to why we didn't get the other half of last year's. And why is it lower than last year's with two kids and made a little more. We took in our statement of how much we got a month last year and why is it that we gave our sister a referral code for the extra cash for recommending her to them. First we couldn't get the cash until she actually got her taxes back. Now we have to wait until the owners send it out when they are ready. Black folks right wait to do things on their time not with perfectionism at all. You make a promise you do things in a certain fashion. John Q White."
