"Elisha and everyone working at River Dog Ranch have been great with my dog, Pretzel! Some background: He was originally my foster dog from Austin Bulldog Rescue. My first time traveling, I had my regular pet sitter stay at the house, thinking it would be less stressful for him in a familiar setting. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. He's very sensitive to change and fearful due to his past and was very unhappy with the sitter being in "his home". River Dog Ranch worked with me over a couple of weeks getting Pretzel used to the boarders. We visited once or twice a week to smell things and hang out a bit, then did a short trial run. Now he boards there all the time and enjoys it so much!! He's also not overly tired when he comes home like he's been stressed all week, just happy to see me :) Thanks to everyone there for working with my special boy so I could officially adopt him knowing he had a safe place to go when I travel. Highly recommend."
