"Brandon was able to identify a lifter issue in our 2016 Suburban where the Chevy dealership themselves were “1000% convinced it was NOT the lifters.” Brandon had to figure a way to identify the issue with less than 3 seconds because the vehicle would tick on a cold start for about 3 seconds, after that no chance until it cooled completely. This is not the first time he and his team were able to identify challenging problems with our vehicles, I typically do all the service on my wife and I vehicles but when I’m stumped, I take it to Brandon at Shelby’s. Highly recommend them! You may have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get on their schedule, for good reasons. Everyone trusts them so they are booked out!"
