"My dog, Ranger, is 13 years old and very anxious. Our groomer, Haley, was excellent with him. She instantly put him at ease. In fact, He was excited to get into the “car”. Haley communicated with me the entire time. She shared pictures of Ranger, and assured me that he had calmed down and was giving him lots of love. Although, Kontota is not inexpensive, you get what you pay for. the services provided, especially, the individual attention that Haley gave to Ranger made it worth it. We will use them again."
