"Definitely making a review does not cause any positive impact for the customers in this pharmacy, I have read many from years ago and recently and they are all talking about the poor service they provide here and I join another one...the staff is extremely rude, the checkout staff is aggressive, I have had to use the photography service (I am a professional photographer) and I have had to print my work there and just today when I came to get my photos the woman who is in that module treated me very badly for not understanding my last name HURTADO, now With this he also told me not to waste his time, that my photos were not there...! It is somewhat aggressive, and rude and she simply turned her back on me and did not attend to me.! .. MANAGERS DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE OF THIS PLACE…!"

"Worst customer service ever!!! Recently spoke with a manager about an issue I was having in regard to some holiday cards I ordered not being printed as promised and instead of her being apologetic and showing empathy, I was left with the impression of “oh well”. As a human being, I understand things happen but your disposition as a manager towards your customers should always be empathetic. Do better, Walgreens!"

"This is the Worst Walgreens Pharmacy or Pharmacy I’ve dealt with in at Least 10 years! They Should Vacate Savannah/Aubrey Texas period! The Technicians are Unprofessional in that One Male was Not Only Rude & Unprofessional But Cancelled my Prescription & Said I Had to Wait a Few more Days for my Refill!!! When I Went 12/17/23 for my Refill I was Lied to And told they were Out of stock & would call me once Located! I went to another Walgreens may 2 miles away & Located the Med But my prescription was Screwd up whereas I wasn’t able to Still Get my Refill!!! I Never Received the Call as I knew I wouldn’t @ my Verified number!!! I’m Calling my Doctor today & Changing Every prescription to Another Pharmacy Immediately!!! Walgreens is The Worst!!! I Only wanted to try them for Convenience. I Definitely Say Stay Away! The Pharmacy Sucks!!!"

"One star is WAY too generous for this place. This is coming from a former Walgreens store manager. I tried to stay loyal due to the former respect I had for the company, but clearly things have changed and they are only getting worse. Good luck getting a prescription from this place! Play the lottery, your odds are astronomically better. I finally gave up and transferred everything to CVS. No love loss for that company, but comparatively speaking they are light years better than the Paloma Walgreens location. Just to be clear I suffered for over 5 years thinking things will get better. I can say without a doubt, they have not and most certainly won’t. This location just needs to go away…. Literally it serves no purpose to anyone, not even the company itself."

"During the Texas storm of 2023 this location was open when nothing else was for a prescription pickup. I do HATE their pharmacy, but it was the only option that day. I sat at the driveway window for 15 mins before the pharmacist said I had to come in. I went it and got my prescription after waiting 10 more mins."
