"Service and selection is usually pretty good, can wait at checkout frequently. My biggest concern is there highly inflated prices that drive you to their app and texted coupons which is alright but it insults me that they assume I think it's some kind of secret and I'm on the inside. Because of this many times I'll go to Hobby lobby instead which is just down the street. Update; ordered fabric on their website for pickup at the store for the first time. Worked really well. Prices were good, applied a 20% off coupon on top of that. Very nice. Was notified about an hour and a half later my order was ready. Went to the store, my order was ready and correct! Thank you, I make bags for charity so anything helps."

"Went to just pick up some thread, but wow, what a great place to shop, and so many bargains! If you are in the market for Christmas crafts or decor, now is the time to head to Joann's. Some things were 60% off! They also have all kinds of sewing, knitting, and crafting supplies that all seemed reasonably priced. The staff was also very helpful, pointing out to me a 50% off coupon online that I could use. I will definitely be going back here!"
