"I was very happy with my Coco’s grooming. He is an 11 lbs Maltese and the cut was perfect for him. I dropped him off l, and in less than 2 hours he was ready. I will continue to take Coco to Cozy’s Pet Grooming. I recommend this salon."
"While their grooming techniques are great, their customer service and loyalty to clients is pathetic, at best! If you miss an appointment, you're banned. I honestly forgot my dogs appointment and called within the hour to apologize. I offered to pay for my mistake. I received no returned call and when I took my other dog for his appointment, I was told "you missed an appointment so we cancelled your dogs. We have better things to do with our time". Wow. They didn't even bother to tell me not to bring my other dog - just "cancelled" me. Avoid these ladies at all cost. I love to support small business, but you can't run a business on this kind of customer service in this day and age. Too bad."
