"4 times for the same issue and he is not willing to "dig" into the root of the problem. His secretarial wife is very rude and must have forgotten that word of mouth is the best advertisement and is free. Their loss, not mine. John's secretary prohibited him from coming to my residence to fix the problem that "he" was called to do in the first place. John will not be referred to my family and friends for sure. His secretary is rude and less than honest and they are not in business to gain new customers."
