"I was passing through and had a small problem. Left my 1978 van, one owner that I bought from a friend. Less than 80,000 original miles. They said it was the fuel pump and changed it. Instead, they stole the motor for his brother's motor home. Never even dropped the gas tank. So they never put in a new fuel pump. Charged me over $600. To steal my motor. They are people of the lowest quality on the face of the earth. Anyone who would do that to a vehicle like that should be jailed for life. That vehicle would've lasted me the rest of my life. The local policeman that I spoke with was having an affair with the female behind the counter, and he was married. So he did nothing, called the police station several times. They kept hanging up on me. Apparently, robbing out-of-towners is thumbs-up. My advice is to sell your vehicle to the scap yard before letting them have a crack at it. Buy another, but avoid them at all costs,"
"He is very busy. It took him over a week to pick up my broken down car. Luckily for me it broke down at my son's house, not on the side of the road. 1 thing I had done was radiator repaired. When I picked it up there was no fluid in the radiator. Rob told me to drive it around a couple days, then come back. A couple days with mo water or anti freeze. I'm not a mechanic. But I'm not stupid. The cost was over $200 than what I was quoted. Plus it took over 2 weeks to get it back. Honestly I would not recommend. If you can Jim's Auto repair in Bowling Green. He was nice & honest"
"Rob does a great job and is a straight talking professional. I have been going here for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the service. He is honest, knowledgeable and fair. This is the place where you should be taking your car or truck. The dog greeter is added bonus, but he is a little shy."
