"The jewelry here is pretty and they have a variety but the customer service is the worse. The first time I came to the store I was excited and ready to buy which I did ended up buying a bracelet and ring. The girl that attended us was cool but the rest of the staff that was there look at you as if they are better than you. You can feel the vibe shift and the stares. I went in today as I was trying to give this place a second chance. I left super disappointed this was even worse than the first. I went in and again the vibe is bad they look at you as if they are better than you. They barely want to help. As one of the girls started to attend us. One of the other girls I believe the manager was trying to call her to the back while assisting us. Seemed like the other employees didn’t even want to try to maybe take over in case the girl was needed. Which comes off a little unprofessional. the girl then went to the back as previously had to told us she was going to try to get us a discount to which we didn’t ask for one but agreed with her as I know she is trying to make the sale. When she came back she was showing us another piece of jewelry to which she then told us the price and the price of the first one was the same amount she originally told us there was no “discount” she then said she would give us a discount for both and gave us a total of the same price as to what originally it would be. There was still no discount. At this point my husband is mad at the fact that she kept “trying” to give us a discount but would never apply it. We never ask for one in the first place but I think that if you are going to say you will do something you must complete with your word. This is a business not somewhere to be playing games at. Since she was “trying” to give us a discount we told her we will give x amount for the piece of jewelry if she could ask the manager to where she stated no she couldn’t ask that her system wouldn't let her. The same girl to which I believe was the manager then approached her like yelling at her for an issue with another customer. At that point the experience was just terrible. As business owners your employees should not be treating customer like that and giving the store a bad reputation. Also you should never judge a person by how they look!"
