"I live over in pleasanton at the haven water has been shutoff since Sunday night with minimal updates. They made us wait all day Tuesday the 26th to get the cheapest bid possible before starting to repair the broken pipe and was said to be fixed today in the morning September 26th, pipe is still not fixed. I am having to drive over to floresville to take showers at parents place and get water in order to flush my toilet."
"As a resident of Grayson Ridge Apartments since August of 2015, I have been extremely pleased with the Management Team of Davidson Properties. In particular, Property Manager Sandra Schultz, also the Vice President of Multi-Family Housing, has been a super active Manager. She is very responsive, patient, understanding and overall just pleasant to interact with about any concerns that residents may have. Ms. Schultz does excellent follow-up to ensure that residents are satisfied with maintenance issues or if they have specific needs that have not been addressed. Every time I have contacted her she always responds in a timely manner and she is results oriented. I am quite happy living at Grayson Ridge and my apartment, conveniently located near Fort Sam Houston and the Historic Pearl District, is my ideal haven!"
