Helpful, engaging but not too pushy about the sale, patient, and has a great sense of humor. "Zales has a variety of jewelry options to choose from. From different sizes to different designs and different colors. The options are displayed where you can see them through the glass. The person helping us was Jay he was patient and kind. He showed me plenty of options to choose from. From earrings to rings. He made sure I was ok with what I chose and anything I wanted to try on he would gladly let me try it on. I definitely recommend this Zales outlet if you’re looking for earrings or rings. They have chairs in the center where you can sit and wait if you need to. They also ask if you would like to donate to the children’s hospital and yell out THANK YOU! If you do"
