"Nothing against this location but definitely wish they explained that they don’t have a full return policy . Now stuck with a gift card and no plans to use it in the near future. Only exchange or gift cards for unworn items. Didn’t see the small policy sign since I was in a hurry shopping for the gift and only an email receipt was issued at purchase. First time shopping here and probably wouldn’t purchase anything again after I get rid of the gift card."
"Not happy at all with this place, but my daughter saw a bracelet that she wanted so I had to order from them First. their new customer 15% off is a very selective discount. Because the brass plated bracelet was on sale they wouldn't give me the new customer discount. I'm sure the $6.30 discount would send their GPM plummeting. They would have still made a killing on it for $36. I've never been denied a new customer discount, most of which happen on Black Friday. Secondly. I placed order at 12:20 a.m. and when I called at 9 a.m. I could not cancel order because it was already on floor processing. What a joke, what is happening to "customer service" nowadays. Get up off your butt or make a phone call to the back and cancel the order. The customer will remember this and pass the word how great Kendra Scott is. Well that will never happen for obvious reasons. Because of these two things I wouldn't order from them again if you paid me. I have 3 teenage daughters that will be told not to put this expensive costume jewelry on their Christmas Lists again. By the looks of the 2 stars they have Kendra Scott needs to learn a thing or two about "quality" customer relations."
"Wonderful experience, as usual! Friendly staff, they know how to help you pick a beautiful piece! With it being close to Christmas, there were a lot of lost looking men trying to find something. The staff were great about asking the right questions! I love their sale section, I always make a beeline to it! I prefer this location over the domain. Don't forget to take advantage of half off birthday month!"
