"I really felt a need to write a review after my experience. I went in to resize a Rolex (that wasn't purchased at Ben Bridges.) I thought I would be seen as a burden, but quite the opposite! Even though I wasn't spending any money that day, Maria treated me very well and I felt that she was actually happy to help me out! I even came back later in the day to make another adjustment, she greeted me with a smile, offered me a water, and enthusiastically helped me again. I've been into jewelers and got dirty looks when not buying anything. Not here! I will only ever buy jewelry from here and specifically from Maria. 10/10 experience, thanks again Maria!"

"I would give them more stars if I could!! I have been going to the Ben Bridge store in the Domain for somewhere around 10 years now. It's original location was further down on the South end closer to Macy's for those that remember. Mary Ellen has been my go to person for the entire time and I can't speak more enthusiastically about her customer service and attention to detail. She has helped me locate the right timepiece and jewelry options for myself and family on numerous occasions over the years. No matter if a person is a watch collector or just looking for that first piece I often highly recommend them to friends because I know they will be taken care of. Just last week she was able to provide my wife with the absolute best birthday surprise by locating a watch Stephanie has been looking for for over a year and a half. She was so thrilled and it was a memorable visit for the entire family! Mary Ellen is just the best! Mary Ellen isn't the only outstanding employee at the Ben Bridge in the Domain. The whole staff is top notch! I love stopping by the store and talking watches and honestly they treat me like family. Everyone from the manager Matt on down has a real passion for their craft and it shows. Half the time my family has to drag me out of the store (they think I like watches too much :) They are my go to watch and jewelry store and will continue to occupy that role! "If you are a women you know how hard that is when it comes to picking a gift for your husband. I have been living in Austin for 3 years now and for the longest time - worked with a couple jeweler I couldn’t find a jeweler that I trust and feel comfortable to work with until I came across Sarah. I have came to this Ben Bridge couple of times and and got to talk to Sarah for the first time in late March. She was very welcoming and attentive, she took her time to carefully listened to what I was looking for. My husband is a watch collector and sometime I feel like it nearly impossible to get what he wants because some of the pieces are never available. Sarah was kind and took her time to find me some of the options that was available at the time and it was very nice working with her through the process.
