"Went into Fossil at Barton springs Saturday afternoon with a gift for my boyfriend. With absolutely no clue where to start, the staff was great and very patient. They listened and was very tentative with what I needed. The person that helped me the most was Ofelia. She never gave up hope on finding the perfect gift and I even helped with personalizing it. Great experience and I will be recommending her customer service to everyone."

Never got a return call and we waited way before the mall closed only to show up and see they closed early and I never got a call for pick up and no text to get my watch back. I do not live close. Now I have to come all the way back because there was no follow up and no notice if it was ever ready."

"The worst customer service you can get. Pure quality products. Fossil is not what it used to be. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. Bought a watch and the metal part broke apart less than a year. I've been trying to contact customer service for 7(!) months now and nothing. Keep getting automated response and when I finally got a rep, they repeatedly ghosted. You are mocking you're customers. Oh, and blocking your customers from seeing other people's comments on your FB page is pretty lame"
