"Absolutely AWFUL Customer service the only employee in treated me like I was stupid when I just made a mistake and he started questioning my intelligence. When I first walked in he gave me a price I asked for more he said no then after some talking I said ok to his original price and he said no and pretty much completely blew me off. I brought in a mother item once again and he said no and then started talking to me very slowly acting as if I couldn’t understand him. NEVER going here again."
"I pawned some silver coins here a few weeks ago and they gave me exactly what I asked for. I spoke with James and Nico and they were awesome, I went in again to get my silver back and again it was an awesome experience I spoke with James again an another gentleman there but I didn't get his name, they were both cool. DON'T come here if you have a gun addiction, they have beautiful pieces and you won't want to leave without buying one or putting one on layaway. Definitely a good shop."

"I go here often this place is a good place. Do you have to realize that guys working pawn shops a different breed because they have a thousand people walk in everyday and wanting the guys that work there to give everything away. So it takes a special person to able have the patience to work there. I find the guys myself very well mannered and they might seem kind of standoffish but because they are very well-mannered people I like them we have a lot of deals together do you have the patience to work a deal with them you will find if they are really personable folks . And anybody that cries about that it's just a crybaby anyway I said....Ace Osborne"
