I felt comfortable going with a more expensive watch because he wasn’t pushy on a sell. Unlike another store that pushed me to look at a pre-owned Rolex. We went back in after going to other surrounding jewelers and decided on what Rozi had helped pick out. She worked out an amazing deal for us and is going to help us with insuring our jewelry. She gave me a beautiful carved wooden box for my ring and a box with a small led for her ring which lit up beautifully when opened. Rozi and her husband were great and I loved their vibe.
