I have very fine stones that have been in my family for ages and I have new items, they have always given me back my precious items better than how I gave them to them, found any items needed fixing, such as prongs, and even polished a huge garnet I have to perfection after years of wearing it at times I should not, such as when working with rocks. Great customer service, great honest work."
