"they built our pool. It of course was hand plastered and the corners were uneven. They used a trowel that was dirty and Manny said the red marks on the plaster and the deck would fade away...they never did even after 4 years. We had to get our pool acid washed after 2 years, he said it was the water and chemicals. It has been perfect ever since. The deck color was horrible because his sister had given us the wrong pallet to choose from but it was what we “chose” so we had to stick with it. They told us they would “fix the yard” after they had finished and it would be better than ever”. We still have to deal with the caliche they put into holes that they covered plaster and deck paint with. They used the open spaces to dump the paint in our soil! I called them 3 weeks ago because our deck is cracking, and down to the cement in some areas. Manny said our deck was only guaranteed for one year. He was calling one of his workers to come check out the deck. 3 weeks and not even a phone call. I recommended this company to several people but will never again. We also had to deal with them scheduling to come out, canceling without notice....it was definitely, tomorrow, tomorrow!! Horrible communication and follow up service."

"Used on-line contact submission and received a call from Manny Quintana a couple days later. Made an appointment to meet at my house 3 days later- no show and no call on his part. Typical El Paso business. Can't even get the initial meeting right."
