G 8K (which was actually 10k) Plus the earrings. 2 reputable places on westheimer quoted me $5600 over the phone using the above numbers. I called your store to see if you would match it and you would not. It’s great you offer a price match guarantee, But WHY should I drive two hours to Westheimer and back only to get the same price from you? Best offer PLUS 10% is a Worthwhile guarantee Also, beware that golf buying establishments in the city of Houston must be certified, including their scales, checked regularly, which is not the case with this store."

"Experience and rebuttle (since the owner clearly does not know what is going on...) What a load. I went down the road and got $400 more, not to mention, Vanessa had me to wait 20 minutes for her to show up. Reply: There was a number left at the counter that had the name "Vanessa " as marketing at the New Caney location. I waited, then called and waited then called again, only to wait some more. She was very nice and explained she was putting up signs at the TJ Maxx. She quoted me $1025 an ounce, I told her I could get a better deal up the road (which I could and did), she then said "o.k. , thank You. She gave no option to beat her price and spot on one ounce pure gold (minted and never touched) was $1290.70. At Regal they gave me $1250 an ounce. I am not mistaken, nor do I appreciate the constant rebuttals to the fact people (in numbers) are disappointed with your business. Be honest, kind and there! It will improve your business. If you would like, I can post the number and sign (being I took a picture). The poor help at the grocery store was trying to help and excuse the fact the office was opened and unmanned."

"The only reason I am even giving one star is because I have to in order to give a review . Unlike most people that go sell gold I went in with the price per gram already pulled up on my phone so I don't get screwed over . The price per gram on this date is $22.82 for 14k . My 14k necklace weight fluctuated from 9.9 grams to 10 on their scale . I understand they dont give the full value of gold per gram or they would be out of business . So I was expecting to maybe get $17-$19 a gram . Do the math . Almost 200 dollars easy . The Hispanic lady working offered 60 DOLLARS . This lady thought I was an idiot I guess . After calling around multiple other places in the area I didn't receive an offer lower than 150 and the highest was 200 . I ADVISE NO ONE TO GO HERE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF TRASHY DOPEHEAD PEOPLE JUST LIKE THE REST OF THIS DUMB TOWN ."
