"I went in just because we was looking for something special for my 8 year old daughter. We went in just to look and found Pandora bracelet. The customer service was great. The ladies took they time to show us a lot of options. We didn’t feel rushed at all. The prices are great. Things weren’t overly priced, I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. "The first time I shopped here, one of the women followed me around the store as if I were going to steal something. I did my best to ignore it but it was making me extremely uncomfortable. I bought a few hundred dollars worth of items and left. The second time I shopped here, I was followed around again and it bothered me a little more that time. That day, I bought a watch for my mother-in-law and spent another hundred or so. Today was the third and final time I shopped here. One of the women followed me almost around the entire store, always making sure she had me in her sights while I was trying to shop. I’m a mother of 3 and manage two businesses. I was attempting to spend the few precious moments I actually have to myself doing some relaxing shopping and grazing around the store but it was ruined. I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief. Especially not after spending so much in this store. I would never do my customers this way, it’s insulting. I’m a well-mannered woman in my thirties, nothing I was doing should have said “watch her” to them. I will never come back."
