"I am so so disappointed in this veterinary hospital. We had to put my son’s very first dog down this week and had asked for her remains back and a cast paw print and when they called me to come get her they handed me the bag with her remains and did not even go over what was in the bag. I looked through the bag and noticed the paw print was missing and when I asked about it they did not seem super concerned, them they came back and said we can call you when we figure out where it is, I’m crying and said no I would wait. They still could not locate it and called the company and I heard the phone conversation and heard that it was never ordered and when another employee came over to the girl on the phone who just hung up and said they never ordered it and was trying to figure out how to tell me and the other lady said to just keep saying I’m sorry. I can’t even say how much this sucks, and that it’s not ok. This is a very hard time in a pet owners life when they have to put a pet down and I feel that things should have been better handled. We will be taking our other pets to a new vet and would not recommend this place ever again."

"Had a great experience with our bunny! Dr. Kline took his time, answered our questions during the exam and was truly compassionate with our elder bun. Our technician during the visit, Sarah, was nothing but informative, pleasant, upbeat and professional during the entire process! Check-in and check-out was efficient. Despite the fact that one of the medications were not in stock, the pharmacy team was able to call it into a local pharmacy (which ended up being a better price for us). Looking forward to our next visit for our bunny with Dr. Kline and highly recommend him for well or sick care for your bun!"
