"I ordered a U-haul truck to be picked up at this location. The business owner and/or manager knew the night before my pick up that she did not have a truck for me. She did not notify me that night or the morning of the move. It does not appear that she notified U-haul of the issue, either. The first I heard of it was the morning of pick up, causing delays and inconvenience for all those involved. I would not trust this location, again. Things happen. People don’t turn in trucks on time. I get that. The lack of notice, when she affirmatively knew about the problem a day in advance, however, is a different story. And, the failure to notify U-Haul so that they could organize a different location for me to pick up a truck (or cancel with me the night before so I could plan for the next day) is also a problem."

"Went here to buy a dashiki was charged $80 for a low quality dashiki that i found at several other stores for as low as $20. They had outrageous prices. I don't recommend anyone go here for anything but uhaul service which is regulated. I don't see how they are still open."
