"Ask if they had a particular piece I was looking for. The guy sent me something in my DM and gave me the price. He then asked for my email and state so he could send a invoice. I sent the information and didn't hear back from him. Next day I hit him up again and still nothing. Looked on his Instagram page and seen the piece he pulled for me and it said SOLD. Wasn't even man enough to tell me, or even offer another option. I bought I few things before from them, but never again. More than enough jewelers now a days with better quality."
