"Gave this place a chance and was treated poorly when i would call they would clear my calls and when told them I was going to take my business somewhere else they told me I had sign a waver unknownly that allows them to keep my wedding ring the 2,000 down so now I was forced to pay the balance which was 3,000.... never In my life have I ever felt so cornered so I just went and paided them the balance and will never come here again they lost a good customer here if you're thinking about getting work done here RUN!!away bad business men here !!!"
"This place is a complete scam I got a custom piece made of a relative that passed away I’ve had it for two years now the chain to it has broken three times they fixed it once it broke again I just recently went to go get my truly tested it’s cold edit grill jeweler and they’re telling me that all my jewelry is gold plated I paid over $1000 for this thing is though to be told everything is real. Terrible business"
"This place is a joke. The owner is just a liar. I bought a ring from him and he told me that it was custom. He said that no one else would have this ring. Its the only one of its kind. Two months later I saw the SAME ring at a different booth. The SAME ring. He straight out lied. Before I saw the ring at another booth, I also ordered a custom band to go to with the ring. He took my ring and kept it for two weeks. I'm thinking it was going to be custom and nope it was not custom. The gold color did not match. The band did not sit snug against the ring. It looks like he just went and found a ring that look close to my ring instead of making a CUSTOM ring that I paid for. I will NEVER use him again. He lost a good customer especially after I had already spent close to $15k with him in under a years time."
