"We visited earlier since my wife wanted to look for a necklace and I must say. Compared to the experience we had with the staff from 2 years ago, where they where unwelcoming and rude. We where quite shocked how much things changed for the better in regards to the staff's approach to customer service this time around. The receptionist gave a warm smile along with a pleasant greeting and allowed us to shop around the store immediately even tho we did not have an appointment making us feel welcome unlike before. Toreh Bahrami the sales associate was very attentive and was very eager to help us. with her excellent customer service, positive attitude and genuine interaction. This gave such a pleasant shopping experience that all the previous bad service we encountered before, made us forget and leave such a good impression. based on this experience we will definitely shop here again. We are glad management has listened to customers complaints and made the right change."

"Not a great experience. Sales associates need to be better educated. You should never judge a book by its cover. I’m in sales myself and know better than to discriminate based off appearance. I went in to pick up a piece but also decided to grab a bracelet. The sales lady who assisted me was not professional or kind. Her demeanor felt fake and unauthentic."

"This review is way over due. My wife has cut back on her bag addiction and has moved onto different "drugs". Lately it has been jewelry. The top of that list is Cartier. She started out with a love bracelet, and came back for a matching one. Since then she has added on a necklace, and her most recent purchase was a nail bracelet. Each and every single time the transactions have been smooth. We generally know what we want to purchase upon entering so the salespeople really just need to get the item and let us try it on. Most of the items we have purchased have been in stock and we were able to walk out with it the same day. I did get myself a tank watch and that was on backorder, however the sales person texted me when it was ready to be picked up. We have never had problems with appointments. I know sometimes we do have to wait outside if the store is too full or inside until a salesperson can get to us. But most of the waits have been less than 10 minutes. I feel this is a reasonable amount of time to allow us to browse around. Most of the time they do give us a disrete white bag to bring out our items as well. The parking garage does give a ticket, but was told at this time they are not charging. I would imagine later Cartier should be able to validate parking."

"My spouse who recently purchased a Santos Dumont watch from Cartier got me a watch as well, the larger size, for a special occasion. While Cartier gladly accepted payment upfront, they were unable to procure the watch from another store in TX, turned out the whole US, and we were then told it had to be sourced from “overseas”. The watch arrived about 2 weeks later, apparently took 2 weeks to ship a watch to Houston; I was not notified that the watch had arrived, i found out when inquiring about the status. I was then told that the Cartier watch didnt have the right size wristband, weeks later was told they were unable to find one in the whole of Cartier’s universe. Mind you, i have an average-size men’s wrist. Kerry S, the sales person was not particularly helpful and seemed bored of the process; and escalated to Brian K, a manager in the store who had the customer service skills of a junior sales clerk at 7eleven. He was neither apologetic, nor appreciative, and demonstrated no willingness or effort to recover the service problems; 3 requests for good faith gesture of a compensation were simply ignored. Just before i decided whether to cancel the order i called the store one last time and requested Brian’s manager, ‘busy w/ a client’ to call me back. Never received a call. The sales people though thanked me for canceling the order. Abhorrent service and incompetence. Avoid Cartier Houston, and these 2 individuals."
