"Terrible customer service. I needed 4 rings and they didn’t have any of the sizes, not one. I didn’t realize the lady that was helping me doesn’t speak English. I didn’t realize till the end of the transaction. I speak a couple languages and I would have used google translate if I had needed to. The other worker that wasn’t helping me originally told me I didn’t ask for gift recipients when I already had to the other employee during my transaction with her. I told her multiple times everything I was buying were all gifts and that I needed gifts recipients. And the other woman told me over and over I should have already asked for gift receipts when I already had. It was rude. I almost just returned everything because at that point I was ready to go. Go to the regular James Avery. They are kind and have a full selection."
