Lisa is all over the place, I think that was her name, talked down to Mrs. N when she stepped in making sure I was being helped, after she could go out for a smoke break and didn’t come back in. Very unprofessional! I didn’t like overall how she spoke to her elder! It is a hometown shop and I did not get that hometown feeling!!"
