"When my Alienware laptop started making noise and vibrating badly, I took it to Ashley and Mark. They diagnosed the problem in minutes and ordered the parts. Close to the holidays they regretfully told me parts would be 2 weeks+. Mark continued to search for a different supplier. Four days later, in the afternoon, the parts were in and they called telling me to bring it in and I'd have it back that day! Though I ran late getting there they stayed open and finished the job so I had minimal down time. Can't say enough about their customer service, professionalism, expertise, and fair pricing. These folks are a true asset to Fort Madison and the entire tri-state area."
