"Technicians have been great. Their scheduling system could use some improvement. Had an issue with our stove. Setup a return visit for technician to install parts after they were shipped to my house. They only give you the option of between 8am-5pm. So we took off work so someone was at the house for the whole day and no one ever showed and no call or text was sent to reschedule. I had to go into their site and change my appointment like it was my fault for the appointment needing to be moved. Then the next available appointment wasn't for another month. It would be great if they could narrow it down to at least half a day rather than an entire day being wasted. Again, the techs have all been great, it's just the fact you have to give an entire day up and no call about needing to reschedule. I get that issues come up but someone knew before 5pm that they weren't going to make it."
