"I took my dog here and when I picked him up I thought they did a good job. It was until I got home and realized that my fur baby had cuts all over him. He had 3 scars from where they cut him while they were clipping him. I get accidents happen however I was not informed of the cuts which is unacceptable. I will be taking my dog elsewhere"

"I’ve been to many grooming places but this one is just subpar. It’s the customer service that did it in for me. The only one who saved the place was a guy named Ruben who was the only nice and genuine one. The girl in the front had a stank face the ENTIRE TIME. I truly feel like they weren’t even trying to show that they cared for, it felt like you were a bother. My dogs were so uncomfortable it showed. By the end when I picked up my dogs there wasn’t even a “bye” or update on my dog just here’s your dog. The services are overpriced and I felt like the quality was just not good. The waiver to sign made me feel uneasy. The “cologne” didn’t even last an hour. I will say on a brighter note they can cut the hair of a matted shih tzu pretty well. They also get free cute little bandanas."
