The young blonde lady that helped me was so awesome to help me with my transaction and even took the time to show me some guns that I didn’t have the money for at the moment but hopefully soon. I will definitely be a repeat customer due to the awesome gun inventory they have and most amazing customer service. Store is clean and very well organized and maintained."

"If I've ever needed a loan this is the only place I will go. I've always gotten fair deals and they have an app that you can make your payments on. The folks here never treat you like you're a bother to them like I've felt at other places and they genuinely seem like they enjoy helping me out. They've worked with me or given me more time if I need it to make my payment and they've treated me with dignity. When it comes to inventory they always have new stuff whenever I go in. All their stuff is in excellent condition, especially the Jewelry! I've gotten a few really beautiful pieces that I was able to pay off on layaway, which you can use the app to make payments on also. The app is VERY convenient and one of the best perks of having loans here for me. Their repair department does excellent work. One of the pieces I got needed to be sized and it looked amazing.. couldn't even tell work was done at all. Their selection is really good across the board. They have firearms, electronics, instruments, bikes just all kinds of stuff and the quality is better than any pawn shop I've seen. Another thing I really appreciate about this place is that it's always clean and organized and does not look like you would expect from a pawn shop. Among all of this the best feature is the people. All the staff are always friendly and treat you fair. They take the time to explain everything clearly as well. They've worked with me and have been very flexible if I've needed more time to make a payment. That's a big deal to me and that is why I will always come back to them. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know. They definitely deserve to be highly rated. I'm seriously very thankful to everyone there, the people there really make the difference!"

You just can't go wrong here they won't get rid of your merchandise without notification prior to your due dates, they have sales, mark downs, etc. Very clean and organized, just wonderful people. "This is the best place around for loans or purchase or layaway ,I've been dealing with them for years now, very friendly, the loan top dollar on items, you get notifications on your due dates through text messages to keep from loosing your merchandise or to extend your loan, you can go wrong here at all. "When I came into the store it was empty. I waited by the window and when the lady came around I smiled and said hello. No reply from her just a cold look. I presented her with some jewelry I wanted to sell. She looked at and confirmed it was costume jewelry. The last piece was a pair diamond and emerald gold earrings she had in her hand. Another customer came in behind and handed me back my earrings without looking at them. I asked her if she wanted to look at the emerald earrings and she said nothing. I left building feeling very unwelcome in like a nuisance. Part of a pawn shop is to assess items to sell. I'm not a professional so I went there for a professional opinion. It was not a good experience."
