This company was very honest, & said I didn't need a new furnace (just had some cosmetic rust)! The furnace had been running fine! Had a thermostat on my wall replaced; & the competitor looked at my furnace & said I needed a furnace! Wonderful news! Highly recommend this company!"

Not only that, I was pleasantly surprised at the bill. They were better than fair! I later used them a second time, and still feel the same way. Keep up the good work, C&C!"

"If I could leave them a zero, I would! My mother has Dementia and this company put in a bladder tank for her. The bladder tank is not working and over 2 and a half weeks I left 3 messages on their voicemail and spoke to someone who answered the phone that told me to keep calling back until I get the owner to get a WARRANTY repair. Finally I called the emergency line and left a message and threatened to call the BBB since my mother has no water pressure and no water pressure means no hot water! He called me back and said I lied about calling his office and leaving messages and I told him I could show him my call records! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Does not return calls!"
