"Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. We were spoken to with respect and clarity, Jim was great at putting our problems in layman's terms and keeping us updated through the whole process. He went above and beyond accommodating us and renting us a car so we could finish our long awaited journey in the meantime. Wendy was so kind and calming when I called hoping to get our car in so late in the day. The waiting room even had multiple flavors of coffee, phone chargers, and coloring books. This place helped me feel so calm in the face of thinking my car might be destroyed, and at the end of it all they got it all fixed for a very reasonable price ridiculously fast. Thank goodness my serpentine belt decided to shred itself and take out a coolant hose near the Rochelle exit, because the angels at Cappel's Complete Car Care turned such a stressful experience into such a faith restoring one."

"Jim was wonderful. My partner and I were on a road trip and broke down just outside of town. We barely managed to limp our little Ford Fiesta to the shop and we weren’t sure if we’d be able to finish our trip or if we’d even be able to return home in our Fiesta. Jim very kindly let us rent a vehicle from him and we were able to make it to our destination right on time. We didn’t have to cancel a single plan. When we returned to Rochelle on Sunday, the car was ready to be driven out of the garage and we paid much less than we had anticipated. Overall our experience with Cappel’s Complete Autocare was extremely helpful, friendly, and empathetic. I don’t think we could have received better service, and I’m so glad our car ended up in Cappel’s care."

"Jeff and Wendy were wonderful. My partner and me were driving from Council Bluffs to Chicago on Christmas when our windshield wipers stopped working. Rochelle was the closest town. We stayed the night and took the car into Cappels immediately on Tuesday morning. They were able to diagnose the issue and also find out that there was a recall. They called the dealership on our behalf and scheduled an appointment. They were the sweetest people. And we’re thankful for their help."

"Paid $250 for two used tires. Found them to be ten years old after mounting. The mechanic took off a better tire to mount one of them. Left my spare dangling, dragging on the asphalt. Thankfully another driver got my attention a few miles down the road."
