"If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD! My wedding ring is nothing but real diamonds to begin with . One of my diamonds fell out so I went here since my actual jeweler was a hour drive . They replaced it WITH A FAKE DIAMOND! Then when my husband went back they refused to give him a refund and said the only way they could give a refund is they have to take the FAKE DIAMOND OUT MY RING . The guy working didn’t even know what to do so we didn’t want to risk it and he mess up the whole ring . So now we’re out of our money and left with a fake diamond. Ridiculous. My husband is considering suing for this. We will never do business with them again."
