"I went with my mom to this place, as soon as we walked in I took out my baby’s bracelet to ask if they can make it smaller in length since it’s too big for my baby, as soon as I took it out, the ignorant guy didn’t let us speak & he immediately said “we don’t buy gold” & when I was about to say that I’m trying to reduce it he asked if we bought it there They are disgusting, unprofessional, don’t know how to do business & I always walk pass there every time I go to PlazAmericas & it’s always empty & I see why now…. I’m thankful we found a place there where they were able to fix the bracelet & it was very full but it was very worth the wait ! This “johny’s jewelry” has horrible reviews, I just read each of them. This store needs to reported due to SCAMMING!"

"We went to that jewelry store like 1 month ago to ask how much they charge to reduce my granddaughter bracelet and the very stupid and poorly educated indu didn’t even let my daughter speak when he saw the bracelet he say we don’t buy gold and he also ask if we buy the bracelet with them I told my daughter lets go and I raised my voice to him and I told him you have to listen and I looked him badly they don’t know how to treat the customer. ! "Straight up this place is rude! Went in to ask a simple jeweler question. The guy talk to me like I was less than him. Still I never got out of line with him. The reason why I am leaving this review is because after keeping my composure and turned around to leave I saw this Rico Suave looking fake security guard standing behind me for no reason. Like wow, y’all going to get aggressive for no reason when I showed no sign of aggression.They really don’t want customers at all. Y’all are not TrakNYC. Far as I can tell ya’ll are trying to be a grocery store generic brand Johnny Dang. Work on originally before rudeness. Just my two cents."

"I made an order online then they contacted me letting me know they didn’t have those pieces available. ALEX then worked with me and helped me chose pieces they did have available and I like these pieces better then the old ones I had chose. He even shipped it express shipping and I got all my items the next day. Quality is great they are the real deal!! ALEX IS THE MAN. WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN SOON"
