"I got a few charms as gifts and i wanted to add them to my bracelet. Every james Avery store that I have gone to have happily added my charms to my bracelet and have never charged me except THIS location. This location wanted to charge me $5 per charm even though they didn't have any signage of this "new policy". I checked online and there's only a charge if a charm is moved or re-soldered. And the lady had the nerve to give me a "deal" by only charging me for 2."
"The WORST Customer Service, especially for Pick-Up They leave you standing by the “Pick-Up” area without helping you. Basically ignoring you. Don’t ever call you to pick up your order, even if is almost been a month."
