"This was the first jewelry store I stopped at as it didn’t need an appointment like some others in the hong Kong market. The couple greeted us and helped with choices in my budget. I was looking for a pendant for wife and a necklace for myself. They had a very good selection on necklaces and not as many choices in pendants for 24k that I was looking for wife. There are many stores so be sure to visit all of them as it seemed each one specialized in specifics I noticed. Some have larger chains and not smaller chain selections, some carried more Hong Kong styles and design, some had larger selection of pendants. Anyone who knows 24k it all depends on design. More design = more money for labor. Plan to pay a few hundred dollars above market value. I ended up buying a 37g necklace and purchased a 8g pendant somewhere else for about 300$ cheaper. Afterwards we talked with the couple for almost 30 minutes talking about everything. It was a very pleasant experience overall."

"When entering this establishment they were very welcoming; greeting us and allowing us to look around to see what we were interested in. They have watches, bangles, necklaces, rings, and so much more! I like that they give us time to settle in and see what they have; they are not pushy and breathing down our necks to make a purchase. When we had a question they were helpful and even recommended what they had or could customize for us. Very knowledgeable on their exchange rates, jewelry, and watches. "I bought 2 rings in 6 grams (I went to other store to weight it). The guy charged me $880. I thought it was expensive but the guy said because of the gold price rising and the cost of service. He didn’t tell how much is the gram. He said each ring set up a price. Overall I bought it, bring it home. My mom said why did you buy it, it’s pricy. So I went to 2 places asked for the price and they said these rings cost about $300. Every place charged difference price of weight. So I called Hoang Ngoc to ask them how much the cost of gold in 1 gram. He replied me “$79 in 1 gram”. If you can calculate it cost $474. I will never come back to this place. Ps: my mom said before you buy something, never rush to buy it. Compare with other price before you buy. This is my lesson, don’t trust someone easily."
