"Very bad customer service. They took several thousands from us in advance and did not deliver product when we come to pick up. The lady owner had a bad attitude and told us to come back later and stop bothering her. My family used to purchase here all the time but we will never return!"

"Had a great experience when I bought my wife wedding ring and my band here. so I thought I would come back to give them my business again. Came in to get her a surprise gift I don’t normally buy jewelry so I’m not an expert on How refunds or exchanges work so I kindly ask what’s their refund policy if my wife doesn’t like what I got her a the sales lady told me that she suggest I go shop at Costco if I’m looking for a refund. As a business owner, I understand if you don’t have a refund policy that’s fine but the condescending manner in which she told me to go shop at Costco instead is completely absurd and Unacceptable. I have honestly never been so insulted or embarrassed by an employee in my life. to the lady working there that’s all that to me. Honestly screw you."

I came In with no intentions of buying anything I was just looking around for a necklace with cross pendant. However, Nancy was so kind and helpful the moment I walked in! She let me try on a couple of necklaces and I was able to find the perfect one ! The price and quality was just right. I do wish they had more pendant selections and larger chains. Overall I was happy with my purchase and service. Will be returning to buy more jewelry."

She worked with our budget and got our dream engagement ring without hesitation. She answer all of our questions and concerns, there was no sense of pressure at all. She's very honest and allowed us to double check the serial number on the diamond with the paperwork at pick up.
