"Omg don’t know where to start. First of all they need to change management at this location. This is the second time they have given me issues. And after this, I definitely won’t go back to purchase from this location. I have dealt with other James Avery locations and I have had the greatest customer service ever from the one in Memorial city Mall to the one on Highway 6 but this location for being a new location has given me issues, but after the second time, I will definitely not be going back. Simple issues with first of all not being able to do a return after the purchase was made only two days ago second not even bothering to try to me helpful. And when I go to another location, they’re able to help me in Less than five minutes with the return. The first time the charm broke a few weeks after purchasing it and it was just a simple no we cant help you. They weren’t even trying to be helpful just the same simple there’s nothing we can do when I took it to the other location they were like. Oh no problem we can help you with that. So I definitely won’t be going back to this location and I advise if you were a good customer service please take your business to another location. They really do need to change management at this location. Being in management retail for more then 20 years I choose not to do business with this location."
"I called literally a two days before new years, just to see the estimate of when I would get my charm bracelet back. Wanted to start the new year with my bracelet I mean who doesn’t? lol anyways I called spoke to someone I cannot remember her name very sweet she confirms with me that I would get it the next day (Friday) at 3pm so of course I rushed over! & dropped it off. Went the next day Friday at 3:30 to pick up and was very pleased & love when they clean it. Very fast process only thing is there is a little bit of line but they’re very sweet and helpful. Always cheerful this location is beautiful and it’s near to my house. Very happy and pleased :)"
