"Love coming here, the employees have always been pleasant and make you feel comfortable when looking around, not rushed or distracted. I also showed one of the ladies a bead on my necklace because I couldn't find it where it had once been, this tiny particular brown seed bead she knew exactly the mix it was in! Always excited to come here and think of new projects."

"There was a wonderful assortment of product. I probably needed a little help and I brought my project to match the colors. Lady working there was nice, I do wish she was more helpful. She was working on her own project so I didn’t want to disturb her. She did show me a threading trick."
"Not a very friendly place to visit. I brought my daughter in one day and I gave my daughter my phone so that she could sit and watch a movie and not be tempted to touch and play with things at the store. My mother-in-law and I were the only two people there and the only employee that was there tells me if I mind telling my daughter to lower the volume on the phone. It was not even loud. The employee had music playing at the store too and I said yes I mind and I just left. I never came back. I have been to vintage shops here in Houston that have seen I have a daughter and ask if she would like to play with kids toys they have on hand so that I could shop. I love supporting small businesses but after this, I'd rather shop online somewhere else."
"While the store has a pretty good selection I found the person working there uninterested and dismissive. When I asked for specific things she just pointed in the direction. Ignored me the entire time. Never engaged and was uninterested when I told her what I was doing. Since I was the only one in the shop for awhile it was not as if she was busy. Won’t be returning. Small stores like this need to be better at making customers feel welcome. I noticed in the reviews I’m not the only one to make note of this."
