He was up front about the life expectancy of the new part, and explained I was looking at a new burner in a year or two. My oven is a Blue Star. "My dryer went out last week. They were able to get me an appointment within a week. At first Andy Bailey thought that he would have to order the computer board from the factory and it would be next week before the dryer got fixed. I use it almost every day for washing the laundry from the hermitages. So I was having to take the wet clothes to friends houses to dry. Fortunately, within a couple of hours they were able to locate the piece on one of their service trucks that was out. So andy was able to come back today and got my dryer up and running. Thanks for being a life saver for the laundry that needed done. I would highly recommend AB Appliance for home repair."
