"Originally went in to have some necklaces resized and ending up getting the most beautiful bezeled set diamond ring. The band is unpolished white gold and at first i asked if he would be able to polish it and he said yes but explained why he left it unpolished. I ended up purchasing it unpolished and i swear the owner knew me better than i know myself. I'm obsessed with this ring!! The owner is professional and kind. I've previously purchased a lot of jewelry from ernestos but from now on will make all future purchases from malleable. 10/10!!!"
"After a few consultations with other jewelers, a friend recommended that we go to Kent because she'd had great experiences with him. We were not disappointed. My husband's grandmother had recently passed away and prior to her passing, she had given him her wedding ring and band. My husband wanted to have part of her ring in his wedding band as well as having a ring made for me as well. Additionally, we didn't want my original engagement ring to go unused, so we wanted to use the gold from that band as well. Kent was able to do all of this and more. He let us show him inspiration pictures, and he created EXACTLY what we wanted. He was able to use all the gold, all the stones we wanted, make any and all changes we wanted, and did this all for an incredibly reasonable price. He understood the emotional attachment and sentiment behind this process which made us feel very comfortable. The other jewelers put pressure on us to pay a minimum of $2000, they would not use our gold, nor did it feel they would make this a personable experience. I would 100% recommend Kent to anyone and everyone. He's insanely talented, easy to work with, and does a great job keeping in consistent communication with his clients."
"Kent combined my wife's engagement ring and wedding bands together to make one beautiful piece. She loved it and we both were excited to see how new it looked after he cleaned it. I definitely recommend his repair services! His prices were fair and his location in HEB was so convenient. You should check out his shop before trying any of the overpriced retailers."
