"Worst customer service. Every employee that works there including the manager are rude. Never have a smile on their faces. We have been frequent customers at the NB location for 10 years. These past few months, every time I go in, they can never find our account in their system. I have to repeat our phone numbers several times or show them proof of receipt before they say “oh there you are!” They don’t apologize and make it seem like it’s my fault for possibly giving them a wrong number. This location was great when their store manager was Cindy. She was awesome! In other words, do not go to this location. You will leave disappointed."
